How long will it take for my throw to be delivered?
All NZ orders will take between 2-3 working days and overseas orders will take between 5-15 days.
Can I view your products in store?
Yes, we stock our throws and baby blankets in a few select stores across New Zealand, check out our stockists page here.
How do I wash my throw?
Care for the throw by hand washing only with a wool-safe detergent. Check out this page for further information on how to care for your throw.
If I’m not happy with the product how do I return it?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please make sure you contact us within 14 days of purchasing your product at: office@ruanuistation.co.nz
